This weekend I will be trying out some herb jellies. Basil was suggested, definitely making Lavender Jelly, hibiscus, rosemary and bergamot if I can find the Bergamot leaves,,,I will try to remember to take pics along the way, but will def take finished product pics, I think it will sell well at Mt Charleston if I taste them out!!
